My son, a Marine wounded in Iraq bought a bed there and asked for a refund two days later, before ever receiving the bed (because a non-profit said to get his money back and they'd buy him a better bed). From the beginning an employee by the name of RJ refused to refund their money.
It has been 13 days now and they still cannot get their refund (and they still have not ever had the bed in their possession). RJ hung up on my son. RJ hung up on my daughter-in-law. RJ hung up on me. Not one of us got to say much of anything other than who we were and he began yelling and screaming and making demands.
Is there a reason RJ still has a job at his place? Is there such a concept as customer service at Sofa & More? I would really like to speak to the owner. Does anyone know his/her name and how to get in touch with him/her?
I'm furious that my son went to Iraq to defend America's freedom, had a car bomb explode in his face, and then returned home only be treated this way. Shame on RJ. Shame on the owner for not managing his employees better. Shame on the owner for not providing better customer service.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU, MISLEAD YOU, AND THEN WIPE THEIR FILTHY SHOES ALL OVER YOU AFTER THEY HAVE SPIT IN YOUR FACE.

RJ, do you think you'll still be employed there by the time I make a trip to Murrieta?
