I am shocked that this company closed up so tight in such a short period of time. I originally purchased their product in December2008, have made other small purchases over the telephone in 2009. I received a email in Jan. 2010 stating free box of cartridges, so I checked out their website, saw a AC charger now available to purchase for my e-cig. I did not know what model my product was to order via website called their 800 number Feb.3rd 2010. Company personnel answered the phone and helped me, I was talked into purchasing their starter kit at just for $10-20 dollars more which also came with the A/C charger,then I would have a second e-cig .We discussed which version I already have, a 1.0 or 2.0 ect. Personnel stated to me a 2.0 e-cig
Well I received a 1.0 starter kit , and my original e-cig of (2008) dose not fit the charger. So when I tried to reach the company,no one was answering phones,or answering emails kept trying for a few days every weeks since Feb.12th 2010. And I thought something was funny.
I sent the whole package back. Requesting a refund since I am unable to speak with some one for a exchange. To arrive in Florida March 1st 2010 Well yesterday 03-01-10 UPS is unable to locate the business, apparently they moved.It is truly sad that they had a product that works and does what they claim on smokeless odorless vapors, but something went wrong with the company and they really lost on Customer service.
