Horrible sales pitch super high pressure very unprofessional-lost a potintial valuable customer
|
I was seriously considering using their services and joining their community but the initial phone call finished them off. It all started when I submitted an online form for information about a home based business from a site called "Next Jobs At Home" (see my review for this email address selling site) They called my phone several times a day without leaving a message for days. I usually don't call back 1-800/866-xxxx numbers unless someone leaves a message. I finally answered a call to find out who was calling. This person started out very nice and professional and then started querying me about all kinds of personal stuff. I told her I like the concept they had but wanted to wait a month until I retired to jump in. THEN the executive supervisor jumped on the line and I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I was questioned, interrupted, scolded and talked to like a child. I couldn't believe how cheap, cheezy and plainly childish this person was because I wouldn't put up my money before even checking out their business and products. They said they would record the phone call in the beginning if that was OK? I said yes fine,,, now I hope the CEO actually monitors these calls because if it was me this so called executive supervisor would be fired on the spot. She not only lost me as a valuable customer, she lost the sale for the other lady who first talked to me. If that is how they treat prospective customers, how do they treat the sales force??? Moving on!
