Date of Review: 6/16/10. I encourage you NOT TO ORDER from this company. I have rated them one star only by default- they deserve zero as that represents the how many packages I've received so far and the amount of money refunded back to me: ZERO. My wife placed her online order June 2nd and received an automated email confirmation or acknowledgment. Since she paid for FedEx delivery and hadn't received any merchandise after ten days we began to inquire. They have three options available for what SlimlineHangers.com state as communication: a toll free telephone number, their email address, and a live chat option online. We pursued all of these options in that order with these results: TELEPHONE attempts all went to voicemail with no call backs (regardless of the hour dialed we always got voicemail), EMAIL attempts also went unanswered (they were not rejected but were not answered either), and finally; LIVE CHAT was never available as the option noted it was offline each time we requested it. The final straw was the FedEx tracking number they issued - it was bogus. Not traceable via FedEx online plus FedEx customer service could not find any record of shipment on their end by searching with our address and Slimline's in Florida. Do everything in your power to avoid this company or be prepared to deal with your credit card issuer to dispute the charge as I just did this morning.
