Hi there, I ordered on Jan 3rd and received a confirmation email right away. However, no, on Jan 12th, I am wanting to know more about the status of my order.
I'm used to receiving a "when to expect delivery" date. I'm also used to receiving a response when I emailed them a question regarding the status of my order last week.
On their website, there is no phone number, no company address or anything. It seems suspicious. I found the address and phone number on the Better Business Bureau and when I called got an automated voice recording stating the number dialed with the ability to leave a voice mail. Not very professional.
Anyway, so far, I'm not impressed with their (lack of ) customer service available. I even entered a "live chat" on their website which asked me for my email and i asked the question regarding status on my order (again). It's not live, it will just go into some queue and hopefully actually be answered.
