My Grandmother had a representative come out 1 month ago.
1. Apparently he set off the alarm because the Sheriff Dept. came by. Rep told Sheriff he was teaching my Grandmother how to set alarm
2. Rep told my Grandmother that she needed a new monitor (for her computor) He would clean her tower and for $200 bring her back a monitor.
Well, this was 1 month ago and the check is cashed, the tower is gone a new monitor never appeared.
3. When my Grandmother calls the company they give her the run-around.
I'm turning them into BBB and trying to get Grandmother to call police and report scam of $200, computer stollen, misrepresentation (they are not the Geek Squad) and anything else I can get them for.
4. This cannot be a reputable business, hiring thugs off the street.
