my experience with this company was awful...problems range from unturned calls to never showing up... unable to get contractual work completed, even after bill paid in full
I do not know why this company still has accredited status & a A+ rating after 16 complaints filed with the bbb....I have read the goal of the bbb is to resolve problems and that they do not handle complaints which would otherwise be settled with a court action..and that customer reviews are not factored into raitings...I thought the bbb tried to help to educate consumers through other customers experiences???
due to the fact I do not want this company back on my property and after 8 months trying to get my roof finished I'm tired of wasting my time I will not be reporting this the bbb...makes you wonder how many more tired unhappy customers are out there???
