Arrogant and ineffectual.

They took weeks to process my claim and ultimately we could not work together. They are arrogant. They are slow. They have proven zero competence to me.
I honestly think the biggest problem is that they have outgrown their customer support. They clearly have too many customers, and as a result you will not be a priority to them. You will not matter to them. All they want is your money, they do not care if they can help you or not.
There was a 2-3 day delay in all interactions with them, and interactions are necessarily through email. I never had any idea how long the process would take, and the emails they sent me with "updates" only contained vague language about what might happen in the future.
The breaking point for me is the arrogance of the phone operators that you are forced to deal with if you call in. They treat you like a moron. Like a low life. I resent them deeply at this point.
There are other credit repair agencies that aren't the "cheapest". In life I've generally found you get what you pay for.
