So like so many other people struggling to keep our home and have a somewhat a standard of living, we went to siringo to see what they might be able to do for us. Turns out all they want to do is take advantage of people down on their luck. They tell you they wont take your case if they don't think they can do anything to help because they are a reputable business and don't want to take anyone for a ride.BS! So after waiting a week to hear what they have to say, we get a call to let us know they can help. BS! They ask for $4000.00 before they can get started after that they advise to skip a payment or two. so we skipped one to pay them. after that we pay two payments $495.00 our lender sends us a letter that we have been denied. NOT EVEN OUR siringo representative! I call them to see if this is true just to hear it is and there's nothing they can do. after unloading on the siringo representative she says I understand. I DONT THINK SO! I get an empty promise that she'll pass this on to her manager Philip Oh. They told my wife he would call her
two weeks previous and guess what. NO CALL YET. Please get a hold of the California state bar and make a complaint. this is the only way that WE CAN STOP THEM!
