Our initial contact with the Siringoringo Law Firm was over the phone with Danny. He immediately put me at ease & answered all my questions & set up our appointment with Arlene. At our appointment with Arlene, she was very informative of the process & what we could expect. She spent as much time as we needed, answering every question & never rushing us. We asked for time to think things over & she was very gracious. We came back about 2 weeks later & signed the papers. She told us to call her if we had any questions or problems, as we would always be HER CLIENTS. That made us feel as though we made the right choice is coming to Siringoringo.
We were introduced to our processor, Elina Namednina, by way of the phone. She is the most conscientious person that I have ever had the good fortune to meet. She called me most every other day to touch base & let me know the status of our application, even if it was just to say that it was still being processed. Some of her phone calls occurred at 7:00 pm. She was still hard at work, earning every penny that she was being paid. I was happy to pay her the $495.00 fee every month as she is WORTH EVERY PENNY!
