After MANY months of research we decided to have Signature Design do our remodel. They provided a quote and the details were laid out up front, never any surprises. We had braced ourselves to prepare for the long lead times but were quite pleased that our kitchen was completed in 5 weeks. It would have been quicker, but we had them replace our entire inground plumbing, bringing them into the walls and between our floors. This was done quickly and efficiently. I must compliment the entire staff at Signature Design for their professionalism and positive demeanor. They came and worked full days working toward completion on every level. Our sales person, Jorge, helped us with our design and backsplash. Kurt was instrumental on the cabinet layout. Emad and Tamar paid the close attention to detail with the cabinet installation. Art was our superintendent, always a phone call away. A very professional group of people. We communicated by email and phone daily and we just LOVE our final results. (They came recommended from our neighbors who had a similar project completed months before). Communication in writing is key so that nothing is ever misunderstood.
