I've been working with Fred and his team for years now. Never had a complaint, although Fred's wife doesn't make her famous sweets for me anymore, but I digress. What Signature offers is a family environment and immediate accountability. If you have a problem, they will get it done right. Which in construction, small problems occur all the time. The key is not the problem, but rather the accountability. When you find a tile not aligned, will it get replaced or do you have to call the BBB? In Fred's case, the buck stops with him and we always get our projects done right. Call Fred and his team, they will treat you like family. And if you see any of his wife's sweets, KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF, or I will find you! LOL!
