Our company has been with Shipsurance for several years and they are truly a 5 Star company, at all levels. They are a great value, claims processing is extremely efficient, and customer service is fantastic. If you are not using Shipsurance, you are with the wrong company.
Of all the insurance companies I have used (I mean all kinds – including health insurance, condo, car, you name it), this one ranks far and above the rest.
Shipsurance, you are absolutely the best.
