Poor Service and overpriced for everything! Contracts are best on new items, the older the item the more it will cost for the contract.
04/14/2011 - Non-contract service calls will cost $70 and they do nothing!!!!!!! Found this out the hard way.
Minor plumbing, they will come out, not have the right tools and charge you for a second service call.
I do not recommend this company.
Please note the system would not let me do zero stars.
Do not waste your time or money on Service America.
