Promised one amount, received another

Is this a bait and switch tactic to sell less product for more??? On the phone I was told that I would be receiving a 5 year supply of Septic Savior packets with my order. When I received my order, the bucket only contained 50 pouches and not 60. I called and was told the salesman made a mistake and I was only supposed to receive enough for 4 years (50 packets). Upon further inspection of the bucket, I noticed the sticker stating 50 packets was placed over writing. When I removed the sticker, imprinted on the bucket, it clearly said 60 packets. I checked the website for Septic Savior and it clearly states that it is a 5 year supply. I called back and pointed that out to them. I was told that they would mail me 10 additional packets in the mail. I've used their products for 20 years and been happy with the product thus far. However, I am not at all happy with this experience and urge all buyers to beware of what you are promised.
