Once you place the order there is no turning back

My wife by mistake ordered a bucket for $190. So I called them and cancelled the order the next day. They sent it anyway. So I sent it back. I called them and they said my money will be returned and that it takes about 3 months for the mail. Yeah right! Then 6 months later I got a call from a salesman saying if I wanted another bucket. I told him I am still waiting for my refund. He immediately said it was not his Co. and hung up. I called their 1-800 customer service number (their local no. does not work anymore)and they said I was not in their system. My recommendation is to simply empty your septic tank every year or so for $250 and do not use something that even Home Depot refuses to carry.
