They charged my credit card without my approval. When I finally received the details of my insurance coverage, in the last page, they included a $100 Travel insurance policy... WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
When I indicated that I was not interested, they said “too late, you need to cancel through customer service”
Calling customer service was a nightmare, and to date, I have not received a refund.
