WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

My husband got insurance through them about two months ago and he made it clear to the lady that he was a U.S. Citizen. She somehow managed to put in the system that he had a foreign drivers license. Then two months later after the company ran his driving
record his quote went up to almost $600.00 a month. That is when he decided to cancelled the insurance.....Beware this insurance company is horrible they don't allow you to talk to managers and offer terrible customer service. Especially some guy named Christian.
We regret having had insurance through them. Now we are on a payment arrangement trying to pay off those $600.00 thanks to SSB. If I could give them less then a one star I would! I will never recommend this insurance to anyone I know and my family members
are searching for other insurances now that they saw what they did to us.
