HORRIBLE SERVICE

I called over 5 times and they hang up on me the representatives were so rude specially Kristian and this other lady they do not provide any type of customer service as soon as you open your policy they have a quick attitude change I would NEVER recommend them. They are just HORRIBLE. I had many questions but as soon as they realized that I wasn't going to stay with them they kept me on hold for 44.0 minutes that is JUST HORRIBLE.
