We have made a mistake of chosing Fidelity Van Lines because we liked the sales person and they gave us the best price. This was a rookie mistake. First of all, the estimate that was given to us was doubled before our stuff was even loaded. We just found out that the estimated interstate deliver is 3-21 BUSINESS days not days. The actual packers were really nice and efficient. However, once our stuff departed it is almost impossible to get attention from the company. I just found out our things have not even left the warehouse and we have moved over 2 weeks ago. Fidelity has been unable to provide me wtih estimate for when our things will depart the LA warehouse. At this point I just hope some of our stuff arrives. This has been one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences with any service company to date. Please make sure you read the fine print before chosing this company.
