Great service and fast closing

I went to traditional banks like Chase and Bank of America and they denied my re-fi loan application. I was discourage to keep on trying to re-fi my property. Then, I got a re-fi solicitation on the mail from SecureOne Capital.
I decided to call them and I was transferred to talk to Arren Babayani.
He explained to me how his company was different from traditional banks and encourage me to apply in order for him to determine the terms they can offer me for the re-fi.
To make a long story short, I got approve and we close in less than 30 days.
