I would like to thank each of you [Clarke, Bob, Bill and Darrick] for all of the help, guidance and advice you have given me over the past month concerning your equipment and recommendations. I have spoken to each of you on numerous occasions concerning what would be the best options and fit for dive equipment for me and my wife. It has been so long since I did any diving, and the technology and choices of equipment have changed so much, I felt clueless on the myriad of available options. I know that I asked a lot of questions, and took up a lot of your time. All of you have helped me narrow down my choices to what I think will be a good fit for us. I was particularly impressed by your knowledge of the products, but more importantly your lack of pressure to put us into equipment that was perhaps more expensive and unnecessary for our diving goals. Too often sales representatives try to push clients into something that is not really suited to their needs, and that is generally not good for the client or the company in the long run. You guys are doing exactly what I would want you to do if I was the CEO of Scuba.com: You help and take care of the customer. You guys and Scuba.com will always get a great recommendation from me with anyone I talk to about internet purchases of scuba equipment. Thanks again.
