Horrible Communication!!!

Had a container sent from South Africa to Houston using AGS Frasers. They must have subcontracted Schumacher Cargo for our delivery to Austin. Was not informed that our container arrived in port, after calling and emailing for a week was told I would be contacted when it cleared customs and sent an invoice. A week later I contacted them again and they sent an invoice for an HUGE amount late Friday evening when we were expecting delivery on Monday. Monday my husband waited all day and still no call or delivery. They dont answer phones, return calls or emails!
