We are using Schumacher Cargo Logistics, Inc. for shipping our Trial's Bike overseas to the Middle East. It became a difficult task because we were told the bike did not have or need a title when we bought it. Once the bike had left TX to go to CA, we
found out we did need a title to ship it. We cannot speak highly enough of Rachel U. and her team as they proceeded to reroute the bike to them instead of the dock. Then they made repeated visits to customs learning what was needed, first we don't need a title,
then we do, depending on the Custom's Agent that day. We gave Rachel a POA for the shipment and she and her team worked long and hard securing a bonded title for us in CA so our bike could be shipped. Success getting a title has finally been achieved and we
are now looking forward to receiving our bike. Thank you! Schmacher Cargo Logistics and Rachel and all the team.
