Schafer Brother Piano Movers are terrible
1. They were 3 hours late - supposed to be there at 4:30 didn't arrive until 7:30 on September 30, 2011
2. They put a huge gash in the right side of the front door and scraped the paint off the jamb on the left side
3. They asked for cash payment. I did not have $150 in cash so I wrote a check.
4. They did not provide a receipt for my payment.
5. They did not have provide of the documentation required by the State of California
Very clearly these are hucksters playing off the name of a formerly reputable company. Run do not walk from these people!
