Their customer service is not too bad. However their products are terrible. I have purchased 2 LCD's from newegg and both have died at least twice in the year I have had them. I have had to pay each time for them to replace them. On one occation the LCD was sent back to me and the rear mounting bracket came off and was loose in the case. They refuse to give me a refund stating that they can only fix the product. I will be sure never to purchase another Sceptre or DCLCD product again.
