Placed an internet order for parts with the assurance that communication about the order would be forthcoming. That is NOT the case. Other than the return email with the order details, delays in parts orders are NOT communicated to the customer. I've also talked to them twice by phone and have gotten conflicting information each time. I would NOT recommend these people when purchasing GM parts over the internet.
