I bought a laptop from this company in February of 2007 and have had extensive problems with it ever since. I emailed the company as soon as they started & was told I needed to send the computer back to them in California--I live in Kentucky--it was approximately $80 for shipping & I was without a computer for over 2 months. When I received the computer back, it was experiencing the SAME problems only WORSE this time around. So, I ended up sending the laptop back to California 3 times, and every time I got it back nothing had changed. In July I sent them an email with videos of what was happening to my computer since they told me every time that they couldn't recreate my problem. The employee sent me 1 email saying he couldn't view my videos since he didn't have access to them--they were posted on youtube-- & I haven't heard from him since..I have sent 3 other emails to him and I haven't received any response at ALL.
