Technician Craig was on time for appointment. He was very knowledgeable and started troubleshooting my problem. He identified my problem and gave me information on other potential problems I may have in the future. He resolved my problem and walked me through each step he was taking and why. He was very good at communicating, very professional. I will defiantly call Safe-Way again. Great Job
