Worse experience then filling for bk. They do not answer email or calls. Take your money then do not respond. They do not understand how consumer credit works. I waited over a year to file because one of there team members Asad stated that I had a big case for creditors calling me. I logged calls for over a year and was told the reason nothing happen because they had a bigger case at the time so I filled and lost the case. They just do electronic filling that you can do online if you want to save money.. John was awful the whole time every question took for ever to get the answer and only got some of the questions answered like I was the bad guy. Horrible service!! I even got one of their parking tickets mistakenly sent to me... lol
