This is a SCAM. I was scammed by this company back in NOV2008. They use multiple addresses and names on different websites. You would notice although they are different names they're all located at BOCA RATON FL. I think all most scammers are located in Florida, lol. If you're still waiting for your refund, it will not ever be back to your account. I had to deal with my bank and filed a dispute charge to get my money back. Just contact your credit card or bank and dispute the charge. My bank investigate this company and they said it was a big scam company they filed paperwork with the state attorney g. Someday this company will be penalize for all the money that they took from us! I hope this helps.
