DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I do not know how they got my information but they did and charged my account, when I tried to dispute the charge, they said that I had to send the product back to receive a refund. How am I suppose to send something back that I never received? Also their customer service employees are rude, and sound like computers that have been taught only enough english to read the refund statement back to you. It has been two months now that I have been trying to get a refund and when I go to ask where my refund is here is the online chat response that I receive:
Employee: As per checking with your record it shows that your refund request is already in process
Employee: All you have to do is wait for it to be done
Me: How much longer is it going to take to go through?
Employee: I do apologize but its a bank to bank transaction
Employee: You will just need to chat with us again to know the status of your account
Employee: because right now our system is not yet updated
Me: What does it say the status of my account is now? And what do you mean bank to bank transaction, The guy I talked to last week said it would take maximum 5 business day this is ridiculous it has been almost two months that I have been dealing with your company for something that should have been taken care of in a week
Employee: But upon checking with your account your refund request is still on process
Employee: It is a bank to bank transaction because we will credited the amount refunded on your bank.
Me: What does that mean? Are they going to give me the money back are they reviewing my arguement?
Employee: No once the request for a refund is already done we will send the money back to your bank in order to credit on your credit card
Me: and how long does that typically take
Employee: It depends on the process and our accounting department is the one in charged with that
Employee: They will just change the status of your account
Employee: So that we would know if the refund request is already done
Employee: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Me: is there anyone i can talk to in your accounting department
Employee: I do apologize but our accounting department is so busy right now
Me: yeah and so were you supervisorers every time I called
Employee: Just feel free to chat with us again in order for you to know the status of your account
Me: can I have the number for your accounting department and I will just try
Employee: I do apologize but we didn't disclose such information
Employee: You may just call us again to know the status of your account
Employee: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Me: fine I would like you to notify your supervisors I have placed a claim with the Better Business Bureau
Employee: I do understand your concern
Employee: And I hope you understand
Me: No your company obviously does not
Me: You have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with
Employee: That your refund request is already processed and you will need to wait until it is done
Me: right but I have been in this same circle with your company for 2 months
Employee: I do apologize for that
Employee: I hope you can still patiently wait until the process is already done
Employee: Thank you so much for your time
Employee: Have a nice day
