I am writing this because I notice there are so many scams out there when it comes to loan modification. I have been scammed before and lost $3500. Lesson learned. Thats why when I still needed help with my home, I was more careful this time. When I got a flyer from SC Law Group I was doubtful but I thought I would give them a call. The guy on the phone, Rob, was very nice and helpful. I decided to go for it and sign with their firm. Everything from day one had been what they said would happen with my lender. They took in my papers, had me sign an authorization to work with my bank, and gave me updates. After several months of paperwork submission, the bank finally gave me an offer! They reduced my mortgage from $2332 to $1547! Not a huge chunk but it was what I needed to help me financially. SC Law Group actually worked for me! I don't know if they can help everyone but at least it worked for me. Guess you need to have your own experience to know.
