Jim Wilson owns/manages both S & W Remodeling and Custom Home Remodeling.
I hired Jim to redo my roof & balcony for a total job of $10,000. After the 1st major rains after the work's been done, BOTH my roof & balcony are majorly leaking. I have 3 buckets under 1 section of the roof, and the ceiling of the room right below the balcony is yellow, cracking, and peeling. I left 3 voicemails on Jim Wilson's cell & office #s 2 weeks ago. No call back. Last week, I tried both #s, and unsurprisingly, his office # is disconnected now. I will sue him in small claims court, b/c what good is a warranty for many years if the contractor does not return my calls?
