I called Royce air yesterday morning because my air conditioner was not working. I was told that someone would be at my home after 4:00. I left work early and called Royce air to let them know that I was home. they assured me someone would come out. I called again at 4:50 pm and told them no one ever came out. They promised me someone would be out. NO ONE ever came out. I would never call this company again or recommend them to anyone. They cannot be trusted.
