For any property management company, the community manager assigned to an HOA can be hit or miss. My Association has had both fantastic managers and terrible ones. But one consistent strength of Ross Morgan & Co. is the expertise, professionalism, and competence of its support staff. Wende, Josh, Tatevik, and Esmeralda are the four with whom I interact the most as President of my HOA, and they are always quick to respond, give accurate information, always seem very happy to help no matter the size or complexity of my request, and make me feel like a valued client every time. It's a pleasure working with all of them, as well as with our current property manager, Tony. Couldn't ask for a better team.
