Lori Tamboline is the definition of excellence in customer service! She promptly responds to inquiries and is very thorough in explaining HOA vs. owner responsibilities. She also follows through to ensure requested services are provided in a timely manner.
Lori has been the General Manager for the Ross Morgan office managing my homeowner’s association and has been the association’s property manager for the last five years. Every time that I have had to contact her regarding any sort of inquiry and/or scheduling of work to be performed, she is always very courteous and customer service focused. I am now selling my home, which has involved a fair bit of coordination with the HOA. Lori has been an absolute delight to work with during escrow and has been very diligent, which has been a big help in ensuring a smooth transaction.
