We at Rooms N' Covers can find no customer as far back as June of 2009 in Upland by the name of Jose V. If you would like to contact us with any further information we would be happy to discuss problems with either our installation or the product itself. We can be reached at (909) 390-0555. We complete over 2000 jobs per year with minimum complaints, and take pride in our dedication to handling any and all problems as they may arise.
Continued post on 1-26-2010: There has been no reply to Rooms N' Covers response on 1-7-2010, and as such feel that this complaint is not a legitimate posting, and we request that it be deleted from the site.
