I gave Rocky Rooter a call and scheduled an immediate appointment. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgable over the telephone, but they were able to accomodate my schedule. The plumber arrived and got right to work, keeping my broken shower tidy. Despite having to leave to pick up the correct replacement part, the plumber was finished in less than two hours. Being an engineer, I appreciate very much when things are explained to me in detail. My plumber had no problem taking the time to do so.
