I was pleased with Robinson Electronics. I called them in the a.m. and they came for in-home tv repair service that same afternoon. They explained what was wrong, replaced the part on the spot and all was well. No one is ever pleased with a repair bill, but the bill was detailed as to the cost of the service call (which I was advised when the service appointment was made), the part cost and labor cost.
