AVOID THE TORRANCE ROBBIN BROS!
I am only speaking from experiences I had at this branch, but I have a feeling it may be ALL their branches. I felt that this branch was not subtle to the fact that they are all working on commissions and give service in relation to potential percentage...
I was very frustrated with the service my girlfriend and I received. I had to call and e-mail numerous times just to get some follow up and status on a few rings I was interested in. After a lot of persistence I finally got a ring, but was not satisfied at all with my experience. So much so that I have now started looking for alternative jewelers to do business with.
Apparently I am not alone.. A simple web (google) search of "Robbins Bros complaints" will give you a good idea as to what I'm talking about and how I feel. This should have been a shopping experience that left us with happiness and memories. Robbins Bros. has made me so disgusted, (I wrote them 1st of my frustrations, and I still have not heard back from them) I am posting here so hopefully you wont have to feel as I do.
