AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE;
Here is my experience: When I was sold the vehicle I was told that it had an extended warranty and that it was outlined in my contract. He even had me initial a place where it supposedly talked about it. It turned out that it was just talking about gap insurance. Yes I know I should have read it more properly but I am an idiot. Turns out that the vehicle only had a one month 1,000 mile warranty. Well 5 days after the one month was up the car started smoking furiously so I called about the extended warranty procedures to which I was told that there was no extended warranty but if I would wait till the 15th of Jan they would sell me one that would cover from the day the vehicle was purchased. So I waited about two weeks, then called in on Jan 15th and it took them two weeks of me calling in every day to get the warranty. My money was taken over the phone and I was told it was a comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty. So when I went to file a claim it turns out that the warranty only covered internally lubricated parts. So it did not cover the blown head gasket or cracked head. Upon further investigation block sealer was found in the radiator of the vehicle showing that the damage was pre-existing from before I bought the vehicle. And they just sealed up the problem and did not disclose to me the serious defect of the vehicle. I am in the process of suing them now. If anyone has any pertainent information that they would like to share please feel free to email me. Thank You.
