Yomar made no attempt to find a job, but only registered with our service and then expected us to find a job for him, even though it was clearly explained to him that we provided only job listings and it would be up to him to contact the employers whose information we would give directly to him. According to our computer, which keeps a record of how often customers call, what job listings they were given and the dates of these calls, he never even called into the system once.
