He was very professional and did an excellent job. You won't go wrong with Richards Rooter and Plumbing. I had Mike Diamond come out to give me an estimate on my water heater that was leaking and making some crazy popping sound. They told me I needed a new water heater, and that the one I have was shot and might "blow" soon. I didn't want to spend $1800 so I decided to have Richards Rooter and Plumbing come out the next day for a second opinion. I love the fact that Richard himself came out. He looked at the water heater for maybe 20 seconds and pointed to a pipe that was leaking and said that's your problem right there. I asked it the water heater needed to be replaced and he said it seems to be working fine! Within 30 minutes he replaced the pipe, the water heater was working properly again, and I saved $1700.
