We will never use Richard's R & R Plumbing again. They were polite and courteous however THEY REMOVED NEW BRAIDED SUPPLY LINE HOSES THAT DID NOT NEED REPLACEMENT THEY CHARGED LABOR and PARTS to replace these new hoses. THEY ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE MY HOUSE WITH THE NEW Hoses. I had to DEMAND they give me the parts. They also charged over $45.00 for a 5.00 sink pop up assembly that costs $65.00 at the hardware store. That is a 180% mark up.
