He did the job in spring of 2010. I hired Richard to paint my house and build a patio cover. If you look at the house from the street it looks great. Most of the job looks good.
The problems started right after he finished it. The bondo started popping within a month. The stucco started peeling in three. Areas that were painted under the eaves are peeling, and now the patio cover his crew built from scratch is leaking.
I've called him several dozen times to ask him to come fix the job and he doesn't call me back. He promised to come September 1, 2010, and cancelled. He promised to come on September 10 and failed to show. Now he's not returning my calls at all, and it's looking like he's not coming back.
