The salesperson I dealt with lied to me after I had asked about a part necessary for the sound system that came with my car. He told me I wouldn't need it and it would run fine. After my car died twice, because the battery could not support the system, I called them. He told me I was talking nonsense and that he had never told me I wouldn't need it. He also said I was just lucky they included that in the sale and it was a favor to me. Additionally, he said that he didn't know anything about that anyways. Why in the world is he selling cars then? Furthermore, he said that this is why they don't like to do favors for the customer because then they have to deal with this BS. Wow, the epitome of customer service, I guess... However, there was one girl that was very nice, unfortunately, I don't think she is in a position to help me with this. I just wanted them to purchase and give me the part that I need. I'm not even asking for them to install it.
