Josie was great, she listened to what I wanted and listed everything I needed to know about getting my carpets cleaned correctly and I was able to get a great price too! When the technicians (Jon and Norris) came, they were so friendly and took care of everything. They were able to get out the stains that I thought impossible to clean up; truly amazing. Got the job done well and efficiently. Great company and great people. Will definitely be looking them up in the future, and passing them on to friends and family!
