We are currently working with Reliance to get our mortgage redone. We agreed to terms of payment and the money was withdrawn out of our account 5 days before agreed upon. This caused many of our auto payments to bounce. $800.00 worth of NSF fees. We are constantly calling and not getting any response to emails or phone calls. They claim to be a "Christian" company and have admitted they were at fault but do nothing to rectify the situation. I would find another company, however, we are too invested to try another. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
