We moved out offices to a new location in the same time you moved. Unfortunately our AT&T phone lines were not transferred properly and we were experiencing phone issues. Emails communication was not interrupted in the move process and we responded to all emails promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may of caused you and would like to invite you to trust and use our service once again so we can make it up to you. We do not farm out our customers deliveries, some of our out-of-state deliveries are performed by our owner operators (same as the rest of the movers in our industry and other transportation industries do). You have signed contract solely with our company. Feel free to contact us at any time so we can make things right.
